Ready for an annual report that builds belief?

Partnering with Acton Circle means high-level design support that feels aligned, thoughtful, and refreshingly easy to work with.

We do our best work with teams who are:

→ Clear on their goals and timeline, even if the vision is still coming together
→ Value thoughtful design and clear communication
→ Are looking for a creative partner (not just a vendor)
→ Have a project coming up soon, or want to plan ahead

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear more.

Start with a few quick questions below so we can learn about your project and see if we’re a good fit. We'll reach back out in 24-48 hours.

Questions? We have answers.

What if we’re just collecting price quotes?

We may not be the best fit. We don’t compete on being the lowest cost. We partner with organizations that see design as a tool for building trust, growing support, and making their mission more visible. If that’s you, we’d love to talk.

Do you respond to RFPs?

We don’t participate in formal RFP processes. Everything you need to understand how we approach annual reports—process, philosophy, deliverables, and fit—is already outlined here.

If you’ve reviewed that page and feel aligned, we're happy to have a conversation and talk through details once Acton Circle is at the top of your shortlist (no more than three finalists).

We work best when you’re intentionally seeking an annual report design expert, not a design agency or freelancer who happens to include annual reports among many other services.

What's the investment to work with you?

Projects typically range from $15,500–$25,000 for well-established organizations serving multiple regions or operating at a national scale.

Smaller organizations may qualify for a lighter-scope annual report intensive—so don’t hesitate to reach out if that sounds like you.

We scale pricing based on the realities of each organization—including size, stakeholder complexity, and review process—not just page count, to ensure the work is thoughtful, efficient, and sustainable on both sides.

Do you only design annual reports?

Annual reports are what we’re known for. When our schedule allows, we also design select publications that help nonprofits in education, health, and community well-being tell a clearer, stronger story—like case statements, strategic plans, and research reports.

Can we still work with you if our content isn’t final yet?

Yes. Most organizations come to us with drafts in progress, multiple contributors, and a few missing pieces. Part of our process is helping you shape what you have into something that’s structured and easy to follow.

Do you work with all types of nonprofits?

We partner with nonprofits and foundations focused on access, opportunity, and community well-being.

Whether you’re a one-person comms team or a large foundation with multiple programs, what matters most is that you value clear, strategic design AND you’re ready to invest in visual communications that strengthen donor engagement and visibility.

When could you start working on our project?

We typically begin work within 1–2 weeks of signing off together. This gives us time to prep your project, brief our team, and make sure you get our full attention.

What’s the typical timeline for an annual report project?

It depends on the scope and pace at which your org works, but most annual report projects run 3–12 weeks from kickoff to delivery.
