Promotional Graphics

Spread the word and share important details with promotional email and social media graphics. We'll create several you can use throughout your promotion period.

Save-the-Dates & Invitations (Digital + Print)

Inspire attendance with save-the-dates and invitations. We'll take care of the invitations and envelope design, so all you need to do is print and ship.

Banners & Signage

Provide an elevated and smooth attendee experience with on-brand event signage that supports wayfinding, traffic flow, and safety.

Here's what to expect

Book Your Event Design Consult

Speak with a Creative Director to share about your nonprofit, and your vision and goals for your conference, gala, or event. We'll also share more about the team and the process we'll use to bring your vision to life. If we both feel like our process and expertise are a match for your event, we'll get started!

Design Theme & Logo

We'll host a workshop to help you conceptualize the perfect theme for your event. From there, we'll work with you to design a logo that will mark your occasion and create design standards that will be used throughout your event.

Timeline: 2 Weeks

Design Promotional Materials

We'll take a phased approach to deliver your design assets in the order you need them. We'll start with your email and social media assets, so you can start drawing attention to your event while we continue to design your other assets.

Timeline: 2 Weeks

Design Save-the-Dates and Invitations

With promotional materials checked off, we'll work on creating both digital and print-ready designs for your save-the-dates and invitations.

Timeline: 2 Weeks

05

Design On-Site Materials

In our final design phase, we'll wrap up your banners and signage, event program, event presentation deck, and sponsorship package.
