2. Any existing design assets or materials
3. Key objectives and desired outcomes for the intensive
4. Content and images (if applicable)
Having all materials ready at the start of the intensive is required.
What types of projects are suitable for a 1-week design intensive?
A 1-week design intensive is optimal for organizations with established branding and defined project scopes. It's effective for projects with clear goals, streamlined approvals, and readily available content.
Our service is less suitable for complex projects or those requiring extensive research or design iteration.
Success depends on the the organization's brand guidelines and client's ability to provide rapid feedback and make prompt decisions.
Can you work on publications or reports bigger than 8 pages?
Yes! Larger publications beyond 8 pages will require multiple weeks. Book a call and let's chat about it.
What if my project goes beyond 1-week?
If your project goes beyond 1 week because of delays on your end, you can purchase additional week-long intensives. We structure our service in week-long blocks to maintain consistency and efficiency. This allows us to keep projects focused and on-schedule, avoid scope creep, and ensure fair pricing for all clients.
For larger projects, we recommend breaking them into week-long phases, with each phase addressing specific aspects of your design needs. We can determine this on a call.
What is the revision process like?
You'll have multiple opportunities to review the design as it progresses throughout the week. Our process ensures you won't be in the dark about what you'll receive on day 7. We'll share updates regularly, allowing you to provide feedback and stay involved in the design development. It's ultimately our goal that you walk away with a design you love!
