Ongoing creative support for customer-centric B2B marketing teams

Presentations, reports, and sales + marketing collateral that is polished, consistent, and delivered on a schedule your team can count on.

We currently have 2 openings, but our roster fills quickly.

You keep hiring designers. It keeps not working.

You post the job. Find someone promising. They deliver a few projects and then… things fall apart.

The designs don't match your brand. The turnaround slows down. The edits you requested last round? Missing. AGAIN.

And now your non-designer team is back to rebuilding templates from scratch, under deadline, wondering why you even hired someone in the first place.

Here's the thing: your materials are the FIRST thing prospects see. The VPs, CFOs, Directors, potential clients. Before they read a word. Before they take a meeting. They're already deciding if you're credible.

And right now? Your design isn't helping you make that case.

Tech and IT services firms: briefings, playbooks, webinar decks for C-suite audiences

Consulting and advisory firms: polished reports, frameworks, thought leadership that actually LOOKS like the work behind it

Professional services: law firms, tech orgs, financial advisors. Where trust IS the product.

Small marketing teams at growing companies: real design capacity without a full-time hire

If your team has ever said "we need a template system" or "we keep redesigning everything from scratch"—hi. This was built for you.

Our firm has been elevated in many ways directly as a result of the work from Acton Circle.
"The team at Acton Circle, led by founder and creative director Olivia Wheeler, is an incredible partner to us for all company design needs.

We retained her firm to provide us with guidance and new design across nearly all assets, and the team worked closely with us, really listened to our needs and ideas, and provided incredible content and design -- all while being patient, responsive, on-time and within budget.

We value Olivia and her team's expertise and perspective, as well as their friendly and warm approach to doing business together. Our firm has been elevated in many ways directly as a result of the work from Acton Circle."

The smooth-as-butter process behind the polish

Every month, we move through four stages that keep your design on-brand, on time, and off your plate.

01

Submit Your Requests

Drop projects into your queue anytime. Clear priorities up front means no long kickoff calls and no lost context.

A monthly strategy call keeps everything aligned, and your credits show you exactly what's possible each month.

02

We Get to Work

Our team moves 1–2 projects forward at a time.

Expect polished drafts in 2–4 business days—designed to move your audience and look like you actually have a creative department.

03

Track in Your Live Dashboard

See what's in progress, what's done, and what's next in real time.

Drop feedback directly on each project and watch your credit balance so you're always planning ahead, not reacting.

04

Review + Refine

Every month we zoom out. We look at what shipped, how credits were used, and what's coming.

Your design support gets sharper over time because a real partner doesn't just execute, they evolve with you.

A retainer built around how your team actually works

Think of us as your creative team without the overhead of staff or the roulette of freelancers.
Structured Requests
Submit projects anytime. No back-and-forth emails. You submit it, we see it, it's moving.
Focused Attention
Up to 2 projects moving forward at a time so nothing gets rushed or sloppy.
2–4 Day Turnaround
Polished drafts within days. Deadlines stop being emergencies.

One Cohesive System
Every piece connects to the last. Presentations, reports, social—all one team. Because it is.

What inconsistent design is actually costing you

Your marketing team rebuilds layouts that should already exist. Your pitch deck looks nothing like your one-pager. Your brand feels fragmented to the exact people who need to trust you most.

And slowly, without anyone naming it out loud, your team lowers the bar. Because no one has time to fight for better.

You'd never walk into a meeting with a prospect underprepared. So why are your materials showing up that way?

It ends today.

Companies that chose consistency

We partner with organizations across philanthropy, technology, consulting, and professional services. Teams doing real work for real audiences, who won't let their materials undercut it.

Have questions? We've got answers.

How do credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Every project type has a set credit cost. Larger projects like a playbook use more credits than social graphics or a one-pager.

At the start of each month, we can help you prioritize so your credits work as hard as possible. Unused credits don't roll over, which is exactly why strategic check-ins are built into our process.

Will I always know how many credits I have left?

Yes. We'll meet monthly to discuss priorities and what's possible so you're always planning ahead, never guessing.

Can you handle last-minute or urgent projects?

Urgent requests are welcome depending on queue capacity and available credits. Rush projects may draw additional credits. We'll always tell you what's feasible before we commit.

Can you handle last-minute or urgent projects?

Urgent requests are possible depending on available credits and queue capacity. Rush projects may use additional credits. We'll always be upfront about what's feasible before committing.

What types of projects can we work on together?

Most clients use this partnership for ongoing, small-to-medium design needs:

+ Email graphics
+ Social media posts
+ One-pagers
+ Presentations
+ Fundraising materials
+ Donor or program collateral

Annual and impact reports—as well as other multi-page publications—aren’t included in the standard monthly partnership.

They’re offered through our dedicated Report Intensives.

If you commit to a 12-month partnership, reports can be included in your monthly scope, with the understanding they’ll take both project slots until completed.

Final size classification (small, medium, or large) is determined by Acton Circle based on complexity and effort.

Who is Ongoing Creative Support best for?

Marketing teams with consistent design needs who aren't ready to hire a full-time designer. If you're juggling presentations, webinars, and sales collateral throughout the year, this was built for you.

Why a 3-month minimum?

The first month we're learning your brand and rhythm. By month two, we're anticipating your needs. Month three is where the "embedded" magic actually kicks in, and where your credits start working hardest. Great partnerships don't happen in 30 days.

What's your cancellation policy?

After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'll make sure your final month is fully utilized and you walk away with everything organized and documented.

Why not just hire a full-time designer or freelancer?

Hiring full-time means salary, benefits, management, and hoping one person can do it all.

Freelancers are hit or miss. They don't know your brand, they're not thinking about how your materials connect, and they could very well ghost you before the next project.

The Ongoing Creative Support service gives you experienced B2B design support with a proven process and consistent output.

You’ve been doing this the hard way long enough.

The Ongoing Creative Support service gives you a design partner who already thinks in systems, already understands B2B, and is invested in making your team look as good as the work you do.
