Audience: Donors, ministry leaders, students, and faith communities
Challenge: Launching a new name and brand without losing trust or momentum
Solution: Coordinated rebrand rollout across digital, print, and curriculum assets
Result: A confident transition that reinforced mission continuity and future growth
Where They Started
For more than two decades, the Center for Youth Ministry Training equipped leaders with education, hands-on training, and practical tools to strengthen youth ministry. As the organization expanded its vision and scope, it embraced a new name—Ministry Leadership Center—to better reflect its broader mission.
The rebrand signaled growth, but it also required careful communication. The organization needed the transition to feel intentional and aligned with the heart of their work, especially for donors, ministry leaders, and students who had trusted them for years.
The identity system had been created, but it needed to be applied consistently and rolled out with intention.
What Was Getting in the Way
The team faced the complexity of updating a large and varied ecosystem of materials (from email templates and curriculum guides to event banners and digital assets) while continuing day-to-day operations.
They needed design support that could:
- Apply the new identity quickly and cohesively across a broad library of materials
- Equip internal teams with tools for ongoing brand consistency
- Communicate continuity so the community felt stability rather than disruption
- Balance freshness with familiarity
What We Built
Having partnered with the organization before and during the rebrand, Acton Circle helped bring the new identity to life across every major touchpoint.
We developed and launched updated assets across communications, curriculum, events, and digital platforms to ensure the new name and look were experienced consistently.
Deliverables included:
- Email and social graphics announcing the rebrand
- Donor presentations, conference banners, and brochures
- Redesigned HubSpot emails and Canva templates for ongoing communications
- Rebranded curriculum guides, workbooks, and ministry resources
- Digital and print assets including storefront graphics and app logos
Each element reinforced the same message: the mission remained steady, even as the brand evolved.
What Changed
Donors, ministry leaders, and students experienced a cohesive transition that honored the organization’s history while embracing its expanded vision. Internal teams gained practical tools that made ongoing communications easier to manage and maintain.
The result was not simply a new name but a confident step forward that positioned the Ministry Leadership Center as both rooted and future-focused.
