The gap between your work and your materials ends here

Your mission is too important for design that doesn't deliver. Nonprofit marketing and comms teams trust Acton Circle for consistent, high-quality creative support—so your materials finally match the work you're doing in the world.

When design becomes the bottleneck

If any of this sounds familiar, keep reading:

Your campaigns are growing, but your creative capacity isn't.
You're piecing it together with freelancers who don't speak nonprofit.
Deadlines slip because design always starts too late.
One person out and everything stalls.
Giving season hits and you're scrambling. Again.

You don't need more ideas. You need a partner who shows up.

Meet your embedded creative partner

We've seen what design chaos costs nonprofit teams, and it's not just time.

Missed deadlines, inconsistent materials, and freelancers who don't get the sector quietly erode the donor trust you've worked years to build.

The Inner Circle was built for exactly this. We plug into your workflow as your embedded creative partner. We're more focused than a big agency and more reliable than freelancers.

We don't just execute requests. We help every piece connect across your entire donor experience.

Here's what happens without a consistent design partner

Budgets go sideways. Deadlines slip. Your brand looks disjointed because three different freelancers touched it this quarter.

And when no one's available, the work lands back on your plate.

The Inner Circle gives you predictable costs, steady forward progress, and a brand that looks cohesive across every donor touchpoint—month after month.

Because inconsistent design doesn't just look bad. It quietly costs you supporter trust.

“Part of the team” experience

Every month, we cycle through four key stages to consistently deliver exceptional design.

01

Submit Your Requests

Drop projects into your queue anytime using our guided intake form. Clear priorities up front means no long kickoff calls and no lost context.

Your credits show you exactly what's possible each month.

Review + Refine

Every month we zoom out. We look at what shipped, how credits were used, and what's coming.

Your design support gets sharper over time—because a real partner doesn't just execute, they evolve with you.

Have questions? We've got answers.

How do credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Every project type has a set credit cost. Larger projects like toolkit layouts use more credits than a social graphic.

At the start of each month, we can help you prioritize so your credits work as hard as possible. Unused credits don't roll over, which is exactly why strategic check-ins are built into our process.

Will I always know how many credits I have left?

Yes. Your live dashboard shows your credit balance in real time alongside every active project—so you're always planning ahead, never guessing.

Can you handle last-minute or urgent projects?

Urgent requests are welcome depending on queue capacity and available credits. Rush projects may draw additional credits. We'll always tell you what's feasible before we commit.

Can you handle last-minute or urgent projects?

Urgent requests are possible depending on available credits and queue capacity. Rush projects may use additional credits. We'll always be upfront about what's feasible before committing.

What types of projects can we work on together?

Most clients use this partnership for ongoing, small-to-medium design needs:

+ Email graphics
+ Social media posts
+ One-pagers
+ Presentations
+ Fundraising materials
+ Donor or program collateral

Annual and impact reports—as well as other multi-page publications—aren’t included in the standard monthly partnership.

They’re offered through our dedicated Report Intensives.

If you commit to a 12-month partnership, reports can be included in your monthly scope, with the understanding they’ll take both project slots until completed.

Final size classification (small, medium, or large) is determined by Acton Circle based on complexity and effort.

Who is The Inner Circle best for?

Nonprofit comms and marketing teams with consistent design needs but without the budget or bandwidth for a full-time designer. If you're juggling multiple campaigns, reports, and donor materials throughout the year, this was built for you.

Why a 3-month minimum?

The first month we're learning your brand and rhythm. By month two, we're anticipating your needs. Month three is where the "embedded" magic actually kicks in, and where your credits start working hardest. Great partnerships don't happen in 30 days.

What's your cancellation policy?

After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'll make sure your final month is fully utilized and you walk away with everything organized and documented.

Why not just hire a full-time designer or freelancer?

A full-time designer comes with salary, benefits, management overhead, and skills gaps. Freelancers are unpredictable, often unfamiliar with the nonprofit sector, and rarely think strategically about your donor journey.

The Inner Circle gives you senior-level nonprofit design expertise, a structured process, and consistent output without the hiring risk or the roulette.

The wrong design partner doesn't just slow you down. They cost you donor trust—and that's not easy to win back.

That changes today.
