High-impact design for teams ready to go from idea to done in two days.

We help nonprofit teams transform ready-to-go content into polished, professional design that tells their story clearly and moves their mission forward without the long timelines.

Your design and content speak for your organization every day

Are your materials aligned with the impact you create? If you just thought, “Maybe not,” let's talk. Finding the right nonprofit design partner isn't easy, and you’re probably experiencing these:
ICONS 1
Your comms and development efforts are growing, but your creative capacity isn’t.
ICONS 1
Your go-to freelancer is tied up with other clients, and your timelines keep slipping because of it.
ICONS 1
You’re stuck on Upwork or Fiverr with freelancers who don’t get your mission, so you have to keep re-explaining yourself. Again. And again. And again.
ICONS 1
Your main comms associate is out on leave and without backup, projects come to a hard stop instead of moving forward.
That’s why we’re here. 2-Day Design Intensives are for teams who need good design done without the bottlenecks.
You come ready with content, we focus on creating. Two days later, you have materials that are creative, on-brand, and ready to use.

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Olivia on a variety of design projects - from murals to impact reports to digital ads with lots in between. Olivia takes the time to really understand our nonprofit organization's mission as well as the goal, audience, and style for each project.

In addition to being a very talented, thoughtful, and creative designer, she has strong organization and communication skills. I have really enjoyed collaborating with Olivia over the years and would highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!”

Have questions? We’ve got answers.

Who are 2-Day Design Intensives best for?

These intensives are created for organizations with established brand guidelines and existing reference materials that want to move fast.

They’re perfect when you:
+ Have content, copy, and images ready to go
+ Need fresh materials or updates without a long project timeline
+ Want to build on past work with designs that stay true to your brand
+ Know what you want and can approve things in a few hours

Think of us as your on-demand design partner—ready when you need new pieces that align seamlessly with your existing identity.

Do I need to have everything ready before my Intensive?

Yes! This is a must. Finalized copy, photos, and brand assets are required before your intensive design window begins. This ensures we can spend the entire time designing instead of waiting on content.

How available do I need to be during my 2-Day Design Intensive?

Plan to be reachable by email for quick approvals or clarifications. Fast feedback helps us stay aligned and complete your project in two days.

What types of projects can we work on together?

Most clients use this partnership for ongoing, small-to-medium design needs:

+ Email graphics
+ Social media posts
+ One-pagers
+ Presentations
+ Fundraising materials
+ Donor or program collateral

Annual and impact reports—as well as other multi-page publications—aren’t included in the standard monthly partnership.

They’re offered through our dedicated Report Intensives.

If you commit to a 12-month partnership, reports can be included in your monthly scope, with the understanding they’ll take both project slots until completed.

Final size classification (small, medium, or large) is determined by Acton Circle based on complexity and effort.

What happens if feedback is delayed?

If feedback is delayed, we’ll complete as much as possible within your scheduled time. Because intensives are tightly booked, continuing the project will require booking another follow-up session at an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?

Most clients book 2–3 weeks ahead to secure their preferred date. A limited number of 2-Day Design Intensives are available each month to maintain quality and focus.

Why purpose-driven leaders choose us
as their go-to social change design agency

Because we’re design experts (who understand content, too)

We lead with design—the kind that’s built on substance. That’s why we help shape and repurpose your existing content so it works beautifully across platforms, formats, and audiences.

Because we have a structured process (zero chaos here)

Say goodbye to chasing updates. Our structured approach ensures you always know where your design is heading and how it serves your goals.

Because we’re purpose-driven specialists (not just occasional do-gooders)

We’re a specialized nonprofit design firm, not generalists. We understand how foundations engage donors, how tech-for-good balances product with impact, and how purpose-driven firms position themselves.

Because we keep things clear and simple (no surprises or complexity)

Unlike most nonprofit design firms, our clear investment model means no surprise fees, no scope creep, and no complex billing structures. Just straightforward terms that respect your planning needs.

You handle the mission. We’ll handle the design.
