“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Olivia on a variety of design projects - from murals to impact reports to digital ads with lots in between. Olivia takes the time to really understand our nonprofit organization's mission as well as the goal, audience, and style for each project.
In addition to being a very talented, thoughtful, and creative designer, she has strong organization and communication skills. I have really enjoyed collaborating with Olivia over the years and would highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!”

Book Your Intensive
Choose your project and reserve your Intensive with full payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and a prep form to share your goals, content, brand assets, and then book our strategy call.

Design Day (Day 1)
Our team dedicates the day to your project—fully focused on design. We may share quick progress or request input if needed, but most of the time is spent creating.
By the end of the day, you’ll receive your initial design presentation and a Loom walkthrough explaining the creative direction and next steps.

Refinement Day (Day 2)
You’ll review and send consolidated feedback in the early morning.
We’ll make refinements and deliver your final, ready-to-use design files by end of day.

Wrap Up
Have another project in mind for the coming weeks or even months?
You can easily book another Intensive to keep the momentum going.

These intensives are created for organizations with established brand guidelines and existing reference materials that want to move fast.
They’re perfect when you:
+ Have content, copy, and images ready to go
+ Need fresh materials or updates without a long project timeline
+ Want to build on past work with designs that stay true to your brand
+ Know what you want and can approve things in a few hours
Think of us as your on-demand design partner—ready when you need new pieces that align seamlessly with your existing identity.
Yes! This is a must. Finalized copy, photos, and brand assets are required before your intensive design window begins. This ensures we can spend the entire time designing instead of waiting on content.
Plan to be reachable by email for quick approvals or clarifications. Fast feedback helps us stay aligned and complete your project in two days.
If feedback is delayed, we’ll complete as much as possible within your scheduled time. Because intensives are tightly booked, continuing the project will require booking another follow-up session at an additional fee.
Most clients book 2–3 weeks ahead to secure their preferred date. A limited number of 2-Day Design Intensives are available each month to maintain quality and focus.

We lead with design—the kind that’s built on substance. That’s why we help shape and repurpose your existing content so it works beautifully across platforms, formats, and audiences.

Say goodbye to chasing updates. Our structured approach ensures you always know where your design is heading and how it serves your goals.

We’re a specialized nonprofit design firm, not generalists. We understand how foundations engage donors, how tech-for-good balances product with impact, and how purpose-driven firms position themselves.

Unlike most nonprofit design firms, our clear investment model means no surprise fees, no scope creep, and no complex billing structures. Just straightforward terms that respect your planning needs.
