Consistent, strategic design supported the Ministry Leadership Center’s rebranding to further its mission of driving personal and community transformation through faith leadership.
Project Summary
Since its founding, the Center for Youth Ministry Training has provided specialized education, hands-on training, and innovative tools to empower youth ministry leaders. And after over 2 decades, the organization felt ready to step into a new chapter with an expanded vision and a new name: Ministry Leadership Center.
The rebrand was a way to fully reflect their evolved mission that serves leaders and faith communities across diverse contexts. But the transition needed more than just an idea—it needed a confident strategy that would communicate the change with polish and care. Here, Acton Circle was a crucial support.
Before
The Ministry Leadership Center already had a new brand and identity but no clear way to drive the rebrand rollout forward with clarity and impact. They needed to:
- Quickly apply their new branding to their mountain of assets, from email templates to banners
- Give their team the comms tools required to show up and connect with consistency
- Reassure their donors, ministry leaders, and students that the mission wasn’t changing, just expanding
All in all, our job was to make sure that the rebrand was received well and that their community actually understands the message behind it—beyond just the logo, the name, or the colors.
After
Having worked with the Ministry Leadership Center since before they started their rebranding journey, we understood what needed to be done to bring their new identity to life everywhere their community showed up.
What we delivered:
- Email and social graphics to tease and announce the rebranding
- Updated donor presentations, conference banners, and brochures
- Redesigned templates on HubSpot and Canva for consistent comms
- Rebranded curriculum guides, workbooks, and ministry resources
- New digital and print assets, from storefront graphics to app logos
The careful and intentional rollout ensured that donors saw continuity rather than confusion, alignment rather than alienation. Now, the new Ministry Leadership Center brand is seen and felt—consistently, clearly, and mission-aligned.
