We meet briefly to confirm what’s changed, what needs updating, and which pages deserve attention.

We've got answers

Is this a full redesign?

No. The structure and visual system stay intact. We will simply update the content and refine layouts as needed within the existing design.

How much content can we update?

We can update all existing sections and spreads in your current report—including impact numbers, leadership letters, program descriptions, donor listings, imagery, and interior pages.

If you’d like to add new spreads or entirely new sections, those can be scoped as an additional cost. If changes require a major structural shift, we’ll recommend a new Intensive instead.

How long does it take?

Most Refresh projects are completed in 2–4 weeks, depending on responsiveness and scope.

Are previously created repurposed assets updated?

Repurposed assets from a prior Visibility engagement are not included in the Refresh. If you’d like those updated to reflect new content, we can scope that as an add-on.
