Digital Product + Template Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Acton Circle LLC, including but not limited to Template Kits, planners, guides, toolkits, workbooks, and other downloadable resources (“Digital Products”).

By purchasing any Digital Product from Acton Circle, you agree to the terms below.

License & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for one (1) business or organization, and for multiple internal projects belonging to that same entity, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Use the Digital Product for your own internal business or organizational purposes
• Customize, edit, or adapt the content for your licensed use
• Use Templates and tools as part of your own marketing, fundraising, or communications materials

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the Digital Product
• Make the Digital Product available to the public, a membership group, or another organization
• Use the Digital Product as part of a competing product, course, or template library

Each license is intended for single-entity use only.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Acton Circle LLC.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Digital Product, only a limited license to use it as outlined above.

You may not:

• Claim the Digital Product as your original work
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Sell or distribute the original or modified product without written permission from Acton Circle

Designers & Client Use

Designers, consultants, and agencies may use Digital Products for client work only if a separate license is purchased for each unique client.

Digital Products may not be:

• Marketed, credited, or promoted as the designer’s original work
• Included in client-facing deliverables as a reusable or transferrable asset

Each client requires their own license.

Sharing Restrictions

Digital Products may not be shared outside your organization or licensed client team.

This includes:

• Sharing files, templates, or links
• Uploading products to shared drives or libraries accessible by others
• Repurposing content for another organization without a new license

Canva-Specific Terms (If Applicable)

Some Digital Products are delivered as Canva Templates and require an active Canva account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to Canva
• Complying with Canva’s Terms of Service

Acton Circle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva.
All Canva trademarks belong solely to Canva.

Access & Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically.

Most products are available immediately after purchase, though rare delays of up to 24 hours may occur.

Returns & Refunds

All Digital Product sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of these products:

• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No cancellations

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Marketing & Portfolio Use

Acton Circle may showcase completed designs or examples created using our Digital Products in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
