Design Sprints for high-stakes mission communications

When your team needs important materials designed fast—presentations, campaigns, toolkits—a Design Sprint gives you focused creative firepower.
When an important project needs to get done and your team doesn’t have the bandwidth to wrestle it to the finish line.
Some organizations come to us during big growth phases.

Others come because a high-stakes project is stuck, overdue, or under pressure.

This Design Sprint exists for both.

It’s a focused, short engagement designed to push high-priority work across the finish line quickly and professionally.

This sprint is ideal when you...

Need a major deliverable designed on a tight timeline
Have complex content that needs to be understood

Have questions? We’ve got answers.

Who are Design Sprints best for?

These intensives are created for organizations with established brand guidelines and existing reference materials that want to move fast.

They’re perfect when you:
+ Have content, copy, and images ready to go
+ Need fresh materials or updates without a long project timeline
+ Want to build on past work with designs that stay true to your brand
+ Know what you want and can approve things in a few hours

Think of us as your on-demand design partner—ready when you need new pieces that align seamlessly with your existing identity.

Do I need to have everything ready before my Sprint?

Yes! This is a must. Finalized copy, photos, and brand assets are required before your intensive design window begins. This ensures we can spend the entire time designing instead of waiting on content.

How available do I need to be during my Design Sprint?

Plan to be reachable by email for quick approvals or clarifications. Fast feedback helps us stay aligned and complete your project in 1 week.

What types of projects can we work on together?

Most clients use this partnership for ongoing, small-to-medium design needs:

+ Email graphics
+ Social media posts
+ One-pagers
+ Presentations
+ Fundraising materials
+ Donor or program collateral

Annual and impact reports—as well as other multi-page publications—aren’t included in the standard monthly partnership.

They’re offered through our dedicated Report Intensives.

If you commit to a 12-month partnership, reports can be included in your monthly scope, with the understanding they’ll take both project slots until completed.

Final size classification (small, medium, or large) is determined by Acton Circle based on complexity and effort.

What happens if feedback is delayed?

If feedback is delayed, we’ll maximize the work completed during your scheduled week. If additional time is needed, you’re welcome to extend the intensive by the day at an additional rate.

How far in advance should I book?

Most clients book 2–3 weeks ahead to secure their preferred date. A limited number of Design Sprints are available each month to maintain quality and focus.

Design that moves your work forward

If your team is holding important content that needs stronger execution, we sprint it into clear, confident materials built to build belief in your work.
