Breast Cancer Prevention Partners
Design turned complex science into clear advocacy tools that mobilized communities, shaped policy, and expanded access to life-saving knowledge.
Project Summary
Breast Cancer Prevention Partners is a science-first advocacy org fighting to eliminate toxic chemicals linked to breast cancer. With the spotlight growing on health equity and consumer safety, they needed design that could do more than just look good. It had to carry the weight of their research and get it into the right hands.
When they came to Acton Circle, the ask was crystal clear: help us turn dense, technical content into design that educates, mobilizes, and funds the mission.
From legislative reports to bilingual one-pagers and donor case statements, we partnered with Breast Cancer Prevention Partners to build a suite of design-forward, accessible tools that could travel far and wide. The result? Millions reached. Laws introduced. Communities equipped with information they can actually use.
Breast Cancer Prevention Partners had powerful research but needed design to:
- Make risk factor content clear, printable, and community-ready
- Turn the Red List from Excel overwhelm into user-friendly, shareable PDFs
- Translate materials into Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog without losing design quality
- Create a donor case statement that inspired action and reflected impact
- Polish reports like the IFRA so they could actually move policy conversations forward
Bottom line: they needed design that could educate, mobilize, and match the urgency of their work.
