For teams who need campaigns, reports, and donor outreach moving every month

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Olivia on a variety of design projects - from murals to impact reports to digital ads with lots in between. Olivia takes the time to really understand our nonprofit organization's mission as well as the goal, audience, and style for each project.
In addition to being a very talented, thoughtful, and creative designer, she has strong organization and communication skills. I have really enjoyed collaborating with Olivia over the years and would highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!”

Our approach combines strategic thinking with social impact design to advance missions that matter.
“I was put on this earth to use my gifts to help others.”
After twelve years of contributing to and leading design teams across the San Francisco Bay Area, I founded Acton Circle to focus entirely on amplifying social good. The namesake of my studio, Acton Circle, was the location of my grandparents’ home—a place where my faith and creativity began. I am part of their legacy, and I can’t wait to help you build yours.

Every month, we cycle through four key stages to consistently deliver exceptional design.
Monthly Strategy Call
One week before the start of each month, we meet for a strategy call to review priorities and upcoming needs.
This ensures we enter the month with clarity on what matters most and how design can best support your mission.
Design in Action
With priorities set, we get to work. You’ll have up to two active projects moving at a time, with additional requests queued and scheduled based on complexity and urgency.
Each design—whether it’s a one-pager, donor update, or campaign material—is created to strengthen trust and inspire action.
Weekly Progress Updates
You’ll receive weekly updates, so you always know where projects stand and what’s coming up next. Transparency is key—we keep you in the loop without you having to chase.
Ongoing Refinement
At the end of each month, we step back to review what was delivered and how it supported your goals. Then we adjust priorities and refine for the coming months, ensuring your design continues to evolve with your mission.
Small but mighty teams → Are you juggling messaging, social, and design without enough hours (or expertise) to do it all?
Growing organizations → Do you want your materials to look more polished and consistent as you expand your reach?
Foundations and larger nonprofits → Do you have annual reports, strategic plans, or big campaigns that need a steady creative partner?
Leaders who want predictability → Are you tired of surprise invoices, long waits, or rushed end-of-year projects—and ready for a clear, consistent plan instead?
If you answered “yes” to any of these, our Creative Partner Plans were built for you.
Not exactly. Instead of tracking hours, we focus on steady progress on your top priorities. In a typical month, clients see 6–8 completed deliverables, though this varies based on scope and complexity.
Big projects (like campaigns) may carry over into the next month, while smaller ones often mean quicker wins.
You can always submit unlimited requests, but only two projects are active at a time. Additional requests are queued, prioritized, and started once space opens up. This keeps the workflow focused and ensures your projects move forward without bottlenecks.
When possible, yes. We understand nonprofit timelines aren’t always predictable. Urgent projects may bump the queue or require a rush fee, depending on workload and scope. We’ll always be transparent about what’s possible.
Design works best when it’s consistent, not piecemeal. A 6-month plan gives you steady support to keep projects moving. A 12-month plan builds in space for bigger initiatives—like annual reports and campaigns—while keeping your budget predictable and your brand cohesive all year long.
All Creative Partner Plans are booked in 6- or 12-month terms. Early cancellation is not available. If a plan is ended before the term is complete, the remaining balance of the contract will still be owed.
At the end of your initial term, you may choose to renew for another 6 or 12 months. If you do not wish to renew, we require a 30-day notice before the term ends. This ensures we can thoughtfully wrap up ongoing projects and prepare your design assets for handoff.
During the 30-Day wrap-up we’ll focus on completing priority work and organizing deliverables so your team transitions smoothly and without disruption
Hiring and managing creative talent takes time, oversight, and additional costs (benefits, taxes, recruiting, onboarding). Freelancers may be more flexible, but often lack availability or the strategic partnership that nonprofits need.
With us, you get a design team that already understands the nonprofit landscape without the management headaches.
If you’re looking for a single project or quick-turnaround design support, our Annual Report Design Intensive services may be a better fit.
Our Creative Partner Plans are best for teams that need ongoing design strategy and execution.
We lead with design—the kind that’s built on substance. That’s why we help shape and repurpose your existing content so it works beautifully across platforms, formats, and audiences.
Say goodbye to chasing updates. Our structured approach ensures you always know where your design is heading and how it serves your goals.
We’re a specialized nonprofit design firm, not generalists. We understand how foundations engage donors, how tech-for-good balances product with impact, and how purpose-driven firms position themselves.
Unlike most nonprofit design firms, our clear investment model means no surprise fees, no scope creep, and no complex billing structures. Just straightforward terms that respect your planning needs.
