Belief-building design, done in one week.

You got your annual report out the door. Now you’re back to the everyday work that kept piling up while it was happening. A Design Intensive delivers senior-level, mission-embodied design in a single, structured sprint.
When something important needs to get done and your team doesn’t have the bandwidth to wrestle it to the finish line.
Some organizations come to us during big growth phases.

Others come because a high-stakes project is stuck, overdue, or under pressure.

This Design Intensive exists for both.

It’s a focused, short engagement designed to push high-priority work across the finish line quickly and professionally.

This is for materials that need depth, structure, and intention, not just visual polish.

Designed for how nonprofits actually work

Nonprofits don’t need pretty files.
They need materials that hold up in real-world use.

In workshops.
In board meetings.
In donor conversations.
In community spaces.

We design systems that:
→ guide facilitators clearly
→ support visual learners
→ reduce friction for your team
→ reflect your integrity as an organization
→ stay usable long after delivery

This is infrastructure for trust.

Have questions? We’ve got answers.

Who are 1-Week Design Intensives best for?

These intensives are created for organizations with established brand guidelines and existing reference materials that want to move fast.

They’re perfect when you:
+ Have content, copy, and images ready to go
+ Need fresh materials or updates without a long project timeline
+ Want to build on past work with designs that stay true to your brand
+ Know what you want and can approve things in a few hours

Think of us as your on-demand design partner—ready when you need new pieces that align seamlessly with your existing identity.

Do I need to have everything ready before my Intensive?

Yes! This is a must. Finalized copy, photos, and brand assets are required before your intensive design window begins. This ensures we can spend the entire time designing instead of waiting on content.

How available do I need to be during my 1-Week Design Intensive?

Plan to be reachable by email for quick approvals or clarifications. Fast feedback helps us stay aligned and complete your project in 1 week.

What types of projects can we work on together?

Most clients use this partnership for ongoing, small-to-medium design needs:

+ Email graphics
+ Social media posts
+ One-pagers
+ Presentations
+ Fundraising materials
+ Donor or program collateral

Annual and impact reports—as well as other multi-page publications—aren’t included in the standard monthly partnership.

They’re offered through our dedicated Report Intensives.

If you commit to a 12-month partnership, reports can be included in your monthly scope, with the understanding they’ll take both project slots until completed.

Final size classification (small, medium, or large) is determined by Acton Circle based on complexity and effort.

What happens if feedback is delayed?

If feedback is delayed, we’ll maximize the work completed during your scheduled week. If additional time is needed, you’re welcome to extend the intensive by the day at an additional rate.

How far in advance should I book?

Most clients book 2–3 weeks ahead to secure their preferred date. A limited number of 1-Week Design Intensives are available each month to maintain quality and focus.

Why community-centered organizations choose us as their social change design agency.

Because we only design for social change organizations.

We know speak nonprofit and design. We get the realities of mission-driven communication: multiple stakeholders, high expectations, and the responsibility of building public trust.

Because our process is refreshingly straightforward.

Our process keeps you informed at every stage with clear timelines, proactive communication, and built-in review points. You'll always know what's next, why it matters, and how it connects to your goals.

Because we believe in depth over surface.

We're not here to make things look "clean and professional"—we're here to make donors feel your mission. Our process helps you shape and repurpose content strategically, turning your complex work into cohesive, belief-building visuals.

Because we've eliminated the pricing BS.

No hourly rates. No surprise invoices. Just fixed pricing that's clear from day one—built for nonprofit budgets and designed to eliminate scope creep before it starts. You'll know exactly what you're investing and what you're getting. Period.

Ready to move your project forward?

Maybe it’s been sitting half-finished, quietly haunting your to-do list.
Or maybe you already launched something scrappy and functional—and now you’re ready for the version that actually matches your mission.

Either way, a Design Intensive gives your materials one dedicated week of depth, polish, and belief-building design. Book your week and let’s turn it into something finished, elevated, and out in the world.
