High-impact design done in 1 week.

One week. True-to-you visual storytelling. Polished, donor-ready visuals.

Let’s call it what it is—you’re not avoiding great design.

You’re avoiding the price tag or the pushback from leadership who thinks you can DIY it this year.

Meanwhile, the content sits… and sits… and sits.
Our 1-Week Design Intensives get you unstuck. They’re for teams who want great design when they need it—without a big commitment or the usual slowdowns.
You come ready with content, we focus on creating. Just a few days later, you have materials that are creative, on-brand, and ready to use.

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Olivia on a variety of design projects - from murals to impact reports to digital ads with lots in between. Olivia takes the time to really understand our nonprofit organization's mission as well as the goal, audience, and style for each project.

In addition to being a very talented, thoughtful, and creative designer, she has strong organization and communication skills. I have really enjoyed collaborating with Olivia over the years and would highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!”

Have questions? We’ve got answers.

Who are 1-Week Design Intensives best for?

These intensives are created for organizations with established brand guidelines and existing reference materials that want to move fast.

They’re perfect when you:
+ Have content, copy, and images ready to go
+ Need fresh materials or updates without a long project timeline
+ Want to build on past work with designs that stay true to your brand
+ Know what you want and can approve things in a few hours

Think of us as your on-demand design partner—ready when you need new pieces that align seamlessly with your existing identity.

Do I need to have everything ready before my Intensive?

Yes! This is a must. Finalized copy, photos, and brand assets are required before your intensive design window begins. This ensures we can spend the entire time designing instead of waiting on content.

How available do I need to be during my 1-Week Design Intensive?

Plan to be reachable by email for quick approvals or clarifications. Fast feedback helps us stay aligned and complete your project in 1 week.

What types of projects can we work on together?

Most clients use this partnership for ongoing, small-to-medium design needs:

+ Email graphics
+ Social media posts
+ One-pagers
+ Presentations
+ Fundraising materials
+ Donor or program collateral

Annual and impact reports—as well as other multi-page publications—aren’t included in the standard monthly partnership.

They’re offered through our dedicated Report Intensives.

If you commit to a 12-month partnership, reports can be included in your monthly scope, with the understanding they’ll take both project slots until completed.

Final size classification (small, medium, or large) is determined by Acton Circle based on complexity and effort.

What happens if feedback is delayed?

If feedback is delayed, we’ll maximize the work completed during your scheduled week. If additional time is needed, you’re welcome to extend the intensive by the day at an additional rate.

How far in advance should I book?

Most clients book 2–3 weeks ahead to secure their preferred date. A limited number of 1-Week Design Intensives are available each month to maintain quality and focus.

Why purpose-driven leaders choose us
as their go-to social change design agency

Because we’re design experts (who understand content, too)

We don’t design for decoration—we design for depth. Our process helps you shape and repurpose your content across platforms, turning data and stories into cohesive, belief-building visuals.

Because we have a structured process (you’ll always know what’s next)

We design every engagement to feel calm, focused, and collaborative—so you always know what’s happening, why it matters, and how it supports your mission.

Because we’re purpose-driven specialists (not just occasional do-gooders)

We live and breathe mission-aligned design. From community foundations and advocacy groups to national nonprofits, we understand how purpose-driven organizations communicate impact, inspire trust, and grow sustainably.

Because we’re all about simplicity and aligned expectations (design works best when everyone’s on the same page)

Unlike most nonprofit design firms, our clear investment model means no surprise fees, no scope creep, and no complex billing structures. Just straightforward terms that respect your needs.

You handle the mission. We’ll handle the design.
